You can trade in with us in three easy steps:
1. Browse: use the navigator above to find your items.
2. Send: added everything to your basket? Proceed to the trade-in checkout. You’ll shortly receive an email confirming everything once completed, along with a QR code for FREE and easy post office drop-off.
3. Get Paid: once we’ve received and verified your items we’ll arrange payment to you via your chosen method. We usually pay within 24 hours of receiving your items.

There’s currently 65,000 products in our database and counting. As a general rule of thumb if it’s an older generation console, game or accessory made by Microsoft, Nintendo, Sega or Sony there’s a high likeliness it’s already in the database. Our minimum trade-in basket is currently £5 and our maximum is £150 due to postage insurance.
Trade-ins higher than this can be split across multiple orders.

Once you’ve checked out, we’ll provide you with a QR label. This can be shown at your local post office for quick and convenient drop-off at a time that suits you.

We pay for your items the same day we’ve verified everything (usually within 24 hours of receiving them). We offer Bank Transfer or PayPal, which you can select on the trade-in checkout page.

Only if your item does not match the description. We always discuss everything before we pay or return items to ensure you’re treated fairly.

Once you’ve checked out, you’ll have 7 days to post your items to us (not including delivery time). After this time trade-ins are cancelled and you would need to start the process again. Items left in your basket but not processed will reset after 3 days.
